Enderal SE
So I installed the full 2.1.3 version as a mod on the steam version Enderal.
I did some brief testing like running and coc around, everything seems fine.
May I ask if there are any unseen or underlying problems for doing this? Otherwise this seems to be the easiest way to update the game without much confusion.

It's the same mod, so no major problems. The Steam installation is mostly affected by the buggy launcher and configuration issues. See this post on what should be done in your case.
Since I play Skyrim SE on Steam through Crossover, I tried installing Enderal SE as a mod in Wyre Bash, but when I try to run the game, it quits and says "Skyrim DLCs are incompatible with Enderal". Any way I can fix this? I have tried moving the creation club and DLC files out of the Data folder and it still doesn't work.

Hey there,
I've installed the latest version of Skyrim SE (can I deinstall this now?) through steam and opened Skyrim SE through steam to start a new save, just for settings and ini files to be created. Afterwards, I've downloaded and installed the latest version of the Web Installer from this page. Please note that I do not own the anniversary edition of Skyrim. Other than what is desribed before, as far as I'm aware I have not done anything else to Skyrim SE or Enderal.
Now I have 2 shortcuts on my desktop, 1 for Enderal - the game and 1 for Enderal - display settings.
However, when I click display settings, I get the regular Skyrim display settings menu. Furthermore, I get an MO2 pop-up stating "mod organizer is waiting on an application to close before exiting". Is this correct?
Finally, when opening and playing the game, I notice SkyUI is not working. When going to mod configuration from the in-game menu, the game states SkyUI is not installed. Again, is this correct? I assume not, can someone please direct me how to fix this?
Thank you!

> can I deinstall this now?
Yes. For the GOG Skyrim, you'll need an additional registry fix, because the launcher checks for installed Skyrim.
> I get the regular Skyrim display settings menu
This is correct. SureAI never contributed the launcher to Enderal SE, it is still closed source and is exclusive to Steam/GOG installations.
> I get an MO2 pop-up stating "mod organizer is waiting on an application to close before exiting". Is this correct?
Yes. The installer sets up a portable MO2 instance and runs Enderal SE through it to keep your configuration separate from Skyrim.
> Finally, when opening and playing the game, I notice SkyUI is not working.
SkyUI is a third-party mod which is not a part of Enderal SE and can't be properly supported (for example, widescreen issues have nothing to do with Enderal). It is pre-installed on Steam/GOG because prior to version 2.0.12 it was a hard requirement. Since 2.0.12 SkyUI is optional, you can install it by yourself from Nexus.

> was unaware of the hard requirement of SkyUI only being applicable to the Steam/GOG versions
GOG/Steam are based on 2.0.12.4, so theoretically new users can _remove_ SkyUI if they want. There is just no point in removing pre-installed mods because this would break ongoing games. And Enderal players are used to SkyUI anyway.
> I assume I can just use the latest version?
Yes
> Are there any other mods I should be aware of to instal alongside the webinstaller?
SKSE is the only hard requirement for Enderal SE, and the web installer already pre-installed it for you. You can check out my recommended optionals - these are the mods eligible for vanilla game support. Beyond that, install anything you want on your own accord.

Hi again, I now had an issue with the quest "Part of Something Momentous, Part II" when I get to the part where the ritual should begin everything stays in slow motion, with the blurry screen and nothing happens once they´re all gathered around the ritual stone :( I am stuck, not being able to move and the characters just stay standing. Here I share the link with the image and the savegame, Plase help :) LINK

Hello, I was playing my character on Enderal and I used Dimension Rift on a Vatyr and went outdoors. Now the Vatyr is bugged and the spell is still active and cant play like that - the sound and the colouring of the spell are still active.

On the main quest "everyday like the last. part I" after I choose to start telling Jespar about me, the screen goes black then it goes back to this (image) and stays stuck like that, I thought it was a matter of time and I waited for an hour and nothing happened LINK

Oh that was the first issue, after "First Steps" the "Everyday like the last: part I" mission never got activated, so I looked up the mission code and I forced it to activate but then I got the issue of getting stuck after clicking on telling recent events to Jespar (image) , here, I added to the link a quicksave from before forcing the mission to be activated and had just finished the "first steps" mission, please help me, I really love the game :) LINK

Your save has 4222 stuck scripts, nothing can work in it.
I deleted all running instances in ReSaver, started two quests, and uploaded the file here, but I have no guarantee of its stability.
Current version of Enderal SE (2.1.3) is not affected because all involved scripts already have been reworked or removed.

The question is about the quiver of arrows. The SE has a quiver of arrows on its back, not on its belt. Is there any way to fix this?

You are missing a DynDOLOD requirement, which fixes this issue.
Fyi, there is no urgent need to generate LOD in Enderal SE, LOD generated with DynDOLOD with medium settings is already included.

It will show an error "Error: Found stitched object LOD textures from earlier TexGen generation installed in game folder. It is recommended to uninstall all stitched object LOD textures generated earlier before generating new stitched object LOD textures."
This is a reaction to the included LOD, press Ignore.
I just ran it, finished successfully.

I just went through the whole process and compiled a list of hints you need to know using DynDOLOD https://mod.pub/enderal-se/38/docs/26-how-to-use-dyndolod-with-enderal-se

The shortest way for non-modders:
- Install Skyrim SE from Steam.
- Run the web installer.
This will copy necessary files from Skyrim to a separate directory and install this mod. Run the game with a desktop shortcut.
If you don't play Skyrim, it can be removed after installation.
