Since I play Skyrim SE on Steam through Crossover, I tried installing Enderal SE as a mod in Wyre Bash, but when I try to run the game, it quits and says "Skyrim DLCs are incompatible with Enderal". Any way I can fix this? I have tried moving the creation club and DLC files out of the Data folder and it still doesn't work.

Enderal SE has DLC placeholders included. That message could show up only if your installation was incomplete.

Should I try redownloading Enderal SE (Full) then? I redid the usual mod install process in Wyre Bash, and I've tried using the install missing files button, and it still won't work.

You have to do only two things:
- Make sure your installation is complete. Every file in the package has a purpose.
- Launch the game with enabled 'Enderal - Forgotten Stories.esm'.
I don't know how Wrye Bash works and where it fails.

Hmm, yeah, it might be a problem with Wyrebash, do you know if there's a way to install Enderal SE manually via the Skyrim SE steam game files?

a) You have an option to use the web installer, which will do everything for you.
b) If you are ready to resort to manual installation, what prevents you from using MO2?
c) For manual installation, unpack the archive into Data and run the game with enabled Enderal - Forgotten Stories.esm.
