Okay so I have undistilled PN and its still no avail it doesnt work, but The 1 did dissappear.

PN cannot be properly uninstalled midgame. You should start a new game.
And you probably had installed a PN implant, not the one from this mod.

Yes, aim at the enemy, you should see a scan prompt on screen, E) Scan (unless you have VUI installed, there is an unresolved issue with it).

Reverted to save that didnt have PN installed, and I do not have VUI installed and i just double checked it was installed by doctor and still nothing
