Reverted to save that didnt have PN installed, and I do not have VUI installed and i just double checked it was installed by doctor and still nothing

I can't guarantee anything to work with PN Cyberware installed.

I have never installed PN Cyberware, I had the PN equipment installed to support MK117 armor. I reverted to a save before I did that, since it was super recent. I still do not have the option or scan prompt. There was never any form of PM installed on this save file. I obviously have something done wrong, not pointing fingers.

Okay new run started, i added the AR Scanner via the console and installed at doc mitchell and still not working

I definitely know its an install problem, I believe the mod is working order, and yes I do have UIO installed

No, Cyberware 2281 and Just Mods would just work separately from each other.

Just my load order for YUPPTTW patch but I fixed that and it didnt adjust.
