I would love the ability to customize a few of the location restrictions. I like to occasionally set up stashes in cleared raider bases and sometimes in NCR barracks
I would do this myself in the GECK since I believe I found the related code to take out, but for unrelated reasons, I can't use my GECK right now as it keeps crashing
