Enderal SE 2.1 introduces many changes, breaking backward compatibility with some mods. The last 2.0 build can be downloaded from the 'Old Files' section.
The Steam release is based on a version of this mod released in 2022, which is too old to provide support for. I can look into gameplay issues with Enderal itself (it is possible your issue is already fixed by now), but with any Skyrim, SkyUI, Steam, or hardware related issues please seek community support. I understand you may perceive Enderal as a standalone game, but it's still a mod installed on Skyrim SE and those issues lay beyond Enderal's scope. Hi there,
I can't get the Mod Organizer 2 version to download.
I followed the instructions to enable MO2 downloads. MO2 (v.2.5.0) is running and working correctly. When I click on the MO2 Download option under the Full Install, I get a little green "Sending download to MO2" box, but I also get a popup 'No handler found' box saying "No application registered to handle this game (enderalse). If you expected Mod Organizer to handle the link, you have to go to Settings>Nexus and click the "Associate with ... links"-button. The file does not get downloaded.
I also tried the Manual Download option, which did download into MO2, but it doesn't recognize it as valid (as I expected).
What is the solution?

I think I found the issue, try again.
"Manual download" is used to download file in your browser. You can drop the downloaded file into MO2 as an alternative way to install it.

after changing the resolution, the game only starts in a small window.

If you are talking about the Steam installation, open Data\SKSE\Plugins\SSEDisplayTweaks.ini , find the [Render] section, uncomment the lines
Borderless=true

just did fresh install and setup with web installer and found the resolution was not correct upon launching the game, the screen resolution in game was much larger then 1080 by 1920 so you couldn't see any of the menu options for example.
The file i needed to edit was found in "Enderal SE\Data\profiles\Default" and is called skyrimprefs.ini

During the quest "Angel", at section you need to save I tried opening the locked door and I pressed the interact button a few times, ever since I've got a text stuck on my screen.

Racial bonuses don't seem to be applying correctly in the skip intro option (v2.1.0). Tried qyranian and arazealean, but both were getting kiléan racials. Normal start is fine. Haven't uploaded screeshots or saves because it's quick to replicate, but I can do if needed.

How u can change language after i download a pack with my language? Can someone tell me steps?

Load the language pack after Enderal SE, an INI file inside will switch the language.
Hey there! regarding the resolution fixing mod for enderal SE (i have ultrawide screen 21:9) i cant install it properly. I install it through vortex (nexus mod manager) but theres an error for missing parameters of enderal or something and that seems to break the game (it opens to skyrim menu with couple bsa files missing). the interface is cut and i cant see carrying capacity/gold etc so its kinda annoying to play with, what can i do

I'd like to report a bug with unmodded Enderal SE on Steam that I've run into on multiple playthroughs.
When you give Mael Dal'Loran the signed contract to join the Golden Sickle, it breaks the normal friendly NPC behavior that should occur when you commit an assault. Before I hand over the signed contract, attacking a friendly NPC results in getting a bounty on my head and the nearby friendly NPCs suddenly becoming hostile and attacking me. However, after I hand over the signed contract, attacking a friendly NPC doesn't result in a bounty and the nearby friendly NPCs don't become hostile and attack me. I can run around Ark attacking all of the NPCs and no one cares - even the guards ignore me while I attack them. If I actually kill a friendly NPC, I get a bounty and the nearby NPCs become hostile per usual.
I believe that the bug has something to do with the NPC Aggression variable being changed when you hand Mael Dal'Loran the signed contract. I avoid the Golden Sickle questline due to this bug. It would be fantastic if it could be fixed!

I see how this happens - you become a member of the Golden Sickle faction, and Golden Sickle members are marked as allies to all citizens of Ark. Adding bounty for attacking NPCs happens in the engine, and Skyrim ignores attacks on allies. I added this issue to the backlog, thanks.

Just wanted to mention a problem I encountered while handing in a quest in the game. Sadly I dont have any screenshots or files to share since the turn in of the quest about "granting the wishing wells their wishes" or whatever corrupted all of my gamefiles with that specific character. It was the first well speaking of a golden goblet and a green stone. Ofcourse I don´t know if its the true source of the problem but since it happened as it happened I just wanted to put it out there for your knowledge.
I´ve already tried to remove savefiles to try to find the one with the problem but I´m down to the last one and same story there. Bye level 60, new game it is haha.
Might aswell mention that I play via steam if that makes any difference.

I noticed skill bonuses (from race or items) are not displaying green in the hero menu. I remember they used to on the steam version.

I started a new game as the Arazealean race so the heavy armor skill should be green and display 15+2 when hovered over with the cursor. Is this a bug on my part or normal for 2.1? No mods installed.

If anyone else reading this is having this issue and are too lazy to look at their item and race bonuses and do the math (like I am) to see what their base skills are at so they don't waste pennies on learning books they don't need. I found a workaround for this issue using the following mod and its requirements.

Skyrim Character sheet preset for enderal se on nexus incase the link doesn't work.
I have roughly 6 hours into a save using this mod and have encountered no issues so far.
