will the TTW patch be updated or for TTW 3.4 or is it not necessary.

Iirc, there are one or two "Has water" flags to forward, it is perfectly fine on 3.4.

Is it possible to exclude the player and their weapon from the heat vision? It's blocking my sniper's scope view.

Hm, I believe I did something about that. Are you using any mod changing how scopes work?
