Get the No Respawns version from the mod page, what it is now is intended behavior.

Will this mod affect gameplay?

P. S. There was no critter respawning problems in pre 2.1.4 (as I can remember).

CritterSpawn Congestion Fix is included since 2.1, all effects are already applied. You'd be installing a version of it with disabled respawning.

Stop... If changed since 2.1 critters' behavior is normal (a little gameplay "innovation") then no need using that No Respawn mod. Right?

The only thing still confusing is unlimited butterfly wings farming (because of b/f ultra fast respawning).
