The only change was CritterSpawn Congestion Fix, and looks like this is intended behavior which was disrupted by hanging scripts. You can get the No Respawns or Old Respawns version from https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/67276?tab=files

Ooh, I see a mistake in RandomFloat() call which indeed should result in immediate respawn of one buttefly when you look away.

The same happens with torchbug and maybe others.

UPD: and so, what is better: to download CritterSpawn Congestion Fix mod or to wait Enderal veryhotfix? :)

I also got a couple crash fixes ready, so looks like 2.1.4.2 is coming this weekend.
