What kind of launcher we are talking about? The Steam release is out of date and uses an old launcher at the moment, which is going to be replaced with a new one already used on GOG.
Enderal is a Skyrim mod and does not govern where is launches. Use whatever solutions you can find for Skyrim. I see that `iAdapter` in SkyrimPrefs/EnderalPrefs.ini is managing this. Although, this is a suitable option to add to the new launcher. It already offers the 4K option.
