So I'm having some problems and they may be connected or not I'm not sure but the first one is I can't seem to get the navigation computer to run so I can't take the sub to New Vegas and I don't know if I needed to go the normal way first or not. the second issue which might be connected to the first problem is that when I did the mod manager 2 download it said it had downloaded but mod manager didn't show anything at all confirming it which is weird so then I tried to do it manually but there aren't any instructions so I don't really know what to do for manual installation so if somebody could help that would be fabulous thanks in advance.
