im having a issue with the bobblehead stand the survival bobblehead is not showing up. i know they replaced the big guns one with the survival one. any help would be awsome.

Yep, support for the Survival bobblehead was never there. Fixed in 1.5.
Use both the original mod ESP aswell or just the patches?

You only need what's listed in the requirements.
Zeinreich's repack is a complete package, there is no need to install Casputin's release.
