Rebalances TTW repeatable quest rewards to be less casual and unbalanced.
In vanilla, repeatable quests are probably the most economy-breaking feature of the game. Imagine the ability to have 20 stimpaks from Outcasts or 100 caps for one pre-war book! Not going to mention XP reward, as if money and items are not enough.
This mod does some changes to pretty much all of them to fix this.
Dialogue lines will still show the old reward values.

- Reduced rewards for Walter's Scrap Metal to 5 caps/karma from 10.
- Reduced reward for Collecting Holotags to 15 caps from 100.
- Reduced reward for Geomapping with Reilly to 10 caps from 30.
- Reduced reward for Nectar Collecting for Fun and Profit to 20 caps from 40.
- Reduced reward for Yearning for Learning to 15 caps from 100.
- Reduced reward for Toys for Tots to 10 caps from 30.
- Reduced reward for Blood Brotherhood to 15 caps from 50.
- Reduced rewards for Getting Ready for Prime Time to 15 caps for camera from 100 and to 30 caps to sensor module from 75.
- Reduced rewards for The Outcast Collection Agent to 1-10 for RadAway/Stimpak/Frag Grenades/Hydra from 1-20, to 12-120 for 5.56mm from 12-480, to 1-27 for 5.56mm Piercing/Hollow Point from 3-120, to 12-120 for 5mm from 12-360, to 4-40 for 5mm Hollow Point/Armor Piercing from 4-120, to 1-27 for 50MG from 3-128, to 4-27 for 50MG Armor Piercing from 1-64.
