Repairable Armored Vault Jumpsuits ESPLESS
Summary
A simple scriptrunner that makes the three Armored Vault Jumpsuits (13, 21, 101) repairable with any non-unique Vault Jumpsuit and either common variant of Leather Armor.

A scriptrunner that adds the repair list back to the Armored Vault Jumpsuits and populates them with armors that should logically be used to repair them.

Should work for either TTW or the base game as long as you have Courier's Stash. The Vault 77 Jumpsuit was excluded due to it being unique. Also fairly certain there are mods that make Vault 24 a thing so I included it just in case.
