Tale of Two Wastelands

Updates base YUPTTW 13.3 to YUPTTW 13.9.1.

Install this as an MO2 mod and load it after TTW.

Updated OGG Vorbis files courtesy of WallSoGB. Updates libogg from 1.3.5 to 1.3.6 and has memory usage improvements compared to the ones bundled in the installer. Not essential, but worth adding for the improvements.

Place these in your FNV root folder.

Used to convert Fallout 3 mods to TTW. (You do NOT need this unless you are converting mods.)
