Tale of Two Wastelands

My game keeps notifying that I have NVMIM installed but I already uninstalled it, would that be a save error or should I redo the LOD section? Because I did with the NVMIM installed. Most installation guides usually still recommends NVMIM and it should probably be wise to put on the description that is unnecessary now.

The 3 times I have had it specificly is when selecting Lawbringer perk, turning in the first wastland survival guide quest, and after accepting the quest to blow up megaton from the guy sitting in Moriartys? Im loving TTW and it's the only way I've been able to play FO3, but this is starting to make the game unplayable.
