Completely redid navmesh edits based on Navmesh Overhaul and with knowledge of cover nodes.
Navmesh in custom cells now make use of cover.
Cleaned up navmesh in Ceurlean Robotics.
Tweaked a lot of the side paths through rubble to look nicer.
Remade second Ceurlean Robotics entrance - it now opens up into a new lobby area instead of jutting out from one of the building's rooms.
Renamed Cerulean Robotics Employee Key to Cerulean Robotics Lobby Key to account for the new entrance.
Added a third entrance to the Ruined Hotel/Restaurant which opens up into a ruined studio apartment with a wall torn down into the hotel.
Added another freeside local npc which moves around the studio apartment area.
Adjusted trigger sizes around the train station.
Significantly improved Functional Post Game Ending compatibility and patch to properly handle house content and more of the thug content.
