Adds a gun that will turn any NPC into a clone of the player.

This mod adds a gun called "The Cloner" which will turn any NPC into a clone of the player. It will copy the player's facegen and name.
Note that the changes made by this mod can be cleared via a hotkey. The hotkey can be set in the ini file.
