Nuka-Cola Expansion Ultimate

Added better compatibility with mods which mess with subcategories of recipes which ice cold versions have been added.
Added a ref variable in the script that mods can change so the default non-nuka-cola subcategory of drinks can be changed.
- Added a guarenteed Nuka-Cola Quantum and some decorations to the special container in Lonesome Road where previously a Quantum could rarely be found.
- Added an entirely new container to a niche spot in The Pitt with a guarenteed Nuka-Cola Wild.
- Nuka-Addict perk has been changed, it now makes all colas heal h2o, instead of removing all negative effects from colas. Changes are dynamic, based on the original values. (it simply inverts them into positive) This effect is inspired by other mods which implement this change. This does make the perk do nothing in normal mode, however there are other challenge rewards that work like this, like Camel of the Wastes.
- Added new challenge: Nuka-Versed. Collect a type of Nuka-Cola from another region, the one you didn't start at, for an xp gain.
- Added new challenge: Nuka-llecter. Collect every type of Nuka-Cola for a good xp gain.
- Added new challenge: Master Nuka-Mixer. Collect every type of Nuka-Mix for a major xp gain.
- Removed Ice Cold Sunset Sarsaparillas from the nuka-bottles list.
- Fixed some issues with how the perks manage effects of ingestibles, they should now more consistently modify them.
- Reduced the intensity of the nuka-mix effects which color the screen.
- Added list "p20ListNukaColaStewieTweaks" for use with Stewie Tweaks' fast travel setting. Set the eid of the list used to this value.
- If the subcategory is disabled, Nuka-Cola recipes will now be sorted to the Food subcategory
- Yellow Nuka-Cola can now be crafted with Irradiated Water.
- Yellow Nuka-Cola is now in the Misc subcategory.
- Yellow Nuka-Cola recipes will now only show up if Wild Wasteland is enabled.
- Duplicates of vanilla recipes which use ice cold versions of cola instead of regular are now dynamically cloned/generated via script, which will allow mods which change these recipes to have identical ice cold versions.
- All campfire thawing and cooling recipes now only require science 25 to cool and are all set to the food subcategory.
- Cooling recipes for mixes in vending machines can now become visible if you have a mix without the nuka-chemist perk somehow.
- Sunset Sarsaparilla recipes will no longer be sorted with Nuka-Colas by default when Nuka-Chemist is active, with an ini setting "bSortSarsWithNuka" which can be set to 1 to revert this change.
