sothis' vanilla friendly goblin & witch edits

hey all! i've outlined the changes made in vanilla friendly goblin & witch edits 2.0 below.

encompassing:
- file structure overhauled for ease of use, added innate compatibility with supported mods

goblin:
- 1.1 overworld and portrait art completely overhauled, support for 6e nyapu sheet dropped indefinitely in favor of standard 3e
- added 3 'slightly cuter' derivatives as resources for modders

witch:
- added support for cursors2 witch
- removed purple hue from witch, minor pixel & color adjustments
- removed purple hue from rarecrow, minor pixel adjustments
