OVERVIEW

This Community Shaders feature adds support for almost all ENB presets, with built-in replacements for the core functionality of ENB Helper and ENB Extender.

Think of it as the Skyrim equivalent of Iris Shaders for OptiFine. By contributing to Community Shaders, you can help improve and customise functionality that was previously closed-source, or port it to other games in accordance with our licence.

* ENB Extender is still required for certain specialised functionality, including Silent Horizons 2 key extraction.

FEATURES

SIMPLIFIED PRESET MANAGEMENT
Installing and managing ENB presets is substantially easier, with a new in-game interface and simplified settings.

WIDE PRESET COMPATIBILITY
Almost every ENB preset available on Nexus Mods is supported. Presets are automatically patched to disable incompatible effects such as letterboxing, blur and sharpening.

AUTO HDR
Compatible with HDR through the integration of Pumbo Auto HDR.

PARTICLE SHADERS
Particles react realistically to nearby light sources and can be customised in-game using the ENB weather system.

RAIN SHADERS
Rain is rendered using a new physically based shading system.

VOLUMETRIC RAYS
Includes an optimised reimplementation of ENB Volumetric Rays with no measurable performance impact.

PROCEDURAL SUN
Includes a reimplementation of ENB Procedural Sun, replacing Skyrim's sun texture with a fully shader-based effect.

DATA FOLDER INSTALLATION
ENB presets can optionally be installed and managed like normal mod-manager mods.

EASY SETUP FOR EVERY PRESET
Compatible presets are automatically patched to remove unwanted or unsupported effects. Simply choose the preset you think looks best and spend less time adjusting performance settings or disabling effects.

INCOMPATIBLE PRESETS

Picta – Weathers of Aurbis – Repainted is currently unsupported because it depends on ENB Worldspace Weatherlists and several unsupported ENB features unique to that preset.
