Hai!
I recently found myself wanting this mod however I could not find it on Nexus.
I was pleasantly linked to here and wanted to say that in 2026 this Mod still works like a charm, no bugs in the home, works great with v1.6.1170 Skyrim AE

I am also a Transfem and I wanted to say that I am in solidarity with you!

I found a bug when using the mod. The downstairs mannequin does not display any new armours you replace. When you exit the house and enter it just spawns the original armour set you gave it the first time.

I put on a full blades armour set on the mannequin and replaced with Dwarven Mail set. I fast traveled to my Tundra Homestead of put the blades armour on the mannequins there. When I returned to Tel Jerdein there was still the dwarven armour set in the mannequins inventory but the mannequin was displaying a full set of Blades Armour and the full set was also available in the inventory of the mannequin.
