Assuming that JK's Raven Rock will need a patch for EEC?

It doesn't seem like a new patch is necessary. If you look at this pic of vanilla Raven Rock then compare it to this pic of the JK's Raven Rock docks you can see that JK's mod doesn't really touch the end of the short pier, then compare them to this pic of the one size fit's all patch's already in the patch pack and you realize that no new patch is needed.

ZippoMoon is correct, the generic patch for Raven Rock will work with JK's Raven Rock
