A modder's resource with a private use license means nobody has permission to use it in their mods, because this needs at least a right to redistribute and modify (most open licenses will do).

If you want to remove limitations and still want to be credited, choose MIT https://choosealicense.com/licenses/mit/
If you are fine with not being credited, choose CC0 (No rights reserved) https://creativecommons.org/public-domain/cc0/
The license selector will lead you to them, you have to agree with modifications and distribution.
