This adds a player home similar in layout to the NCR Ranger Safehouse to Springvale. It is located behind the Red Rocket Pitstop by the dumpsters.
Installation:
Extract the esm and place it into your data folder. To uninstall delete or move the esm from the data folder, or install and uninstall with a mod manager of your choice.
