This is a simple mod that basically disables the train's ticketing system allowing for free rides between wastelands. Sure, you hack can the terminals to get free tickets, but I feel that's still a completely unnecessary step. If you remove the need to pay for tickets, then why not just remove tickets all together?
Install the mod and there will be no more need to use the ticket terminal. Just go right to the train and flip the switch.
