No Legion Questline
Summary
Essentially removes the entire Legion questline.

This is a simple mod that will kill Caesar when you walk out of Doc Mitchell's house and fail all of the Legion quests in the game. I do not feel the Legion questline adds much, nor is it fleshed out enough in my opinion, so this mod acts as a way to safely remove the questline while retaining the Legion's presence as an antagonistic force.
Additionally, a copy of Caesar will now be in a jail cell at Camp McCarran.
