This is a simple scriptrunner mod that disables the Securitron gatekeeper checks so you can enter the Strip without checking in with the greeter first. I always thought it was weird how Mr. House was eager to meet you, yet his robots stop you at the gate.
Note that this mod does NOT affect the monorail guards at Camp McCarran. Nor does it stop Old Ben from warning you about the greeter. These are deliberate choices.
