This is a companion to the latest version of New Vegas Mesh Improvement Mod which adds a new static version of the Microphone and Stand. And while it does replace the existing refs in game with its new version, it won't affect other mods. Fortunately, Base Object Swapper can do this automatically for other mods without the need of a patch.
Simply install like any other mod and Base Object Swapper will take care of the rest.
