I learned recently that Fixer's complete addiction removal was intentional due to the lack of doctors in the DLC. When hearing about this, I got to thinking that it sounds a bit overpowered. So, I wanted to give Fixer some consequences.

When you take a single Fixer, there will be a 100% chance of becoming addicted to it. And the withdrawal effects will cause your SPECIAL stats to be decreased by 4. I feel this makes the decision to take Fixer much more difficult. Does the hit to your SPECIAL stats outweigh the removal of other addiction effects?

This addiction withdrawal is applied to Fixer via script. So, it is compatible with YUP, YUPDate, and TTW without needing a bunch of patches.
