Fixes a couple of issues in Prerelease Restored.

Prerelease Restored is a pretty good mod. Old, but pretty clean. However, I noticed it still had a couple of (very minor) issues. This mod is safe to merge into the main plugin.
- Fixed a few illegal initially disabled/enabled parent combo.
- Fixed ownership on several containers and objects.
- Added native Functional Post Game Ending support (optional version).
I recommend merging this with Prerelease Restored - NavMesh Fix at Fallout New Vegas - mods and community.
