I've used root1's Primm Reputation Restored Revised for some time, however I felt there was still more room for improvement in regards to optimization and implementation. I took it upon myself to rewrite the mod to be even more lightweight. The end result is a mod that was rebuilt completely from scratch using event handlers.
Note that this mod is NOT retroactive.
