This is a simple cheat mod that allows you to use the bottle cap press at the Sunset Sarsaparilla factory. There are no special requirements. The only perquisite is that you finish the quest, Pressing Matters. Once the quest is completed you can use the press and type in the quantity of caps you want and they will be added to your inventory.
