This was a mod I made for fun when I was bored. It marks all weapons as energy weapons and gives every actor in the game the Meltdown perk. As you can imagine this causes a lot of mayhem. Because of this, the mod isn't meant to be used in a serious playthrough.
Note: Once the Meltdown perk is applied to NPCs, it is permanent, even if you uninstall the mod.
